Who we are
Landlord Tax Ledger is a record-keeping service for UK landlords, being built by a UK landlord. For anything about your data, email [email protected].
What we collect
Only the email address you enter, the date you signed up, and a record that you agreed to be emailed. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why, and on what basis
To email you when Landlord Tax Ledger launches. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Until we’ve sent the launch email, and no more than 12 months after you sign up. If you ask us to remove you sooner, we will.
Where it’s stored
On Cloudflare, which runs this website. Cloudflare may process data outside the UK, under safeguards approved for UK data protection law. We don’t sell or share your email with anyone else.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be corrected or deleted.
- Withdraw consent and be removed from the list.
- Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk if you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data.
